Founded in September 2009 by Ama Osei-Bonsu. The Heart Smiles is incorporated in the state of Texas and certified as a 501(c)3 non-profit organization aimed at improving conditions for orphaned children living in Ghana, West Africa. Members of the organization travel to West Africa twice a year.
